Our Malua Bay Family Beach House offers a perfect getaway for families, couples or groups seeking a peaceful and enjoyable holiday on the pristine NSW South Coast. Situated just 15 mins south of Batemans Bay, and a 2 hour drive from Canberra, this holiday home in Malua Bay provides a blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring a memorable stay for all guests.
You may also want to bring your furry family member, as our backyard is pet friendly too.
You'll have all the necessary amenities, with shops and a wide selection of different beaches all just a stroll or short drive away, you'll be spoilt for choice and make some amazing memories exploring this beautiful part of the coast.
Please note: as we are set up to welcome families, we do not allow hens/bucks parties or schoolies groups.

Location
Our beach house is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de sac in the popular South Coast NSW town of Malua Bay.
A 100m walk from the nearest dog-friendly beach (Nanny Bay/Pretty Point) and just 250m from the amazing surf and sand of Mckenzies Beach.
A 2 min drive or short walk from the nearest shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurant and takeaway, as well as a short stroll from the amazing new playground and picnic areas of Malua Bay
Just a 10 min drive to Tomakin, Mossy Point, Lilli Pilli, Broulee and Guerilla Bay - with the major town of Batemans Bay approx 15mins to the North.
You're spoilt for choice with a wide selection of different beaches and amenities near by, as well as the Mogo Zoo and Mountainbike trails.
Our beach house is quietly tucked in a quiet little Malua Bay spot, so you don't hear any passing traffic - just the waves crashing at the end of the road.

Airconditioning in the upstairs Lounge and Master bedroom. Downstairs bedrooms are well shaded and enjoy the beautiful sea breezes.

Rumpus room with daybed which can be either a single bed or changed into a king size bed.

Tastefully decorated with coastal decor. A true coast house, a place to kick your shoes off, kick back and relax.

You'll find our rates very reasonable and competitive, with all the space and amenities you'll need.
PEAK season
NSW/ACT School holidays
$400 per night + cleaning fee.
OFF Peak
Any other time other than Peak.
$300/night + cleaning fee.
